We hold classes for students up to the age of 20 every Sunday from 10:30–11:30 a.m. (at the same time as the church services). Children of all backgrounds and faiths are welcome to join each week.
The youngest students are cared for in the children’s room while those in preschool through their teenage years join small-group Sunday School classes.
The Sunday School is located directly across from the auditorium where church services are held.
Need to join virtually? No problem! We offer hybrid classes via Zoom with advance notice. Contact us for more details.
What is Sunday School all about?
- It’s learning about your relationship with God.
- It’s about discovering how spirituality is relevant to your life and how it fits into each day.
- It’s an environment where you feel totally supported and learn how to see the spiritual truth in your own experiences.
- It’s a space to talk with peers and friends to look for useful answers to questions and challenges.
- It’s an opportunity to learn that God is Love, and God’s love is unconditional and powerful.
What’s taught in Sunday School?
Each Sunday School class is catered to its students. Each class is based on the Bible, and students use the Christian Science textbook, Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy, to dive deeper. Students’ first lessons are on the Ten Commandments, the Lord’s Prayer and its spiritual interpretation, and the Sermon on the Mount. Students will also discuss the weekly Bible Lessons, other Bible stories, and how they can use prayer and find healing. Come as you are!
